✨ WE'RE HIRING | RECRUITMENT SECTION HEAD 📍 LOCATION Tanta, Egypt. 🏢 INDUSTRY Education. 🎯 ROLE DESCRIPTION Edu Castle is seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Section Head to build a high-performing team that supports our educational success. The Recruitment Section Head will be responsible for enhancing hiring excellence, employees development, and performance management across the organization. 🏢 WORKING CONDITIONS ✔ Fixed Shift: From 9 AM to 5 PM. ✔ Days Off: Fridays + Official & Public Holidays. ✅ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across different departments. Develop recruitment plans based on manpower needs and business requirements. Follow up sourcing, screening and evaluating processes through various recruitment channels. Manage and monitor job postings, candidate databases, and recruitment pipelines using Odoo. Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire and hiring effectiveness. Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 💁🏻‍♂️ WHAT YOU WILL NEED Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring. Proven track record in Mass Hiring . Hands-on experience with Odoo HR System is required. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, CV screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment. Experience in developing recruitment plans and tracking hiring KPIs. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
