Geo-Jade Petroleum – South Basra Integrated Project (SBIPRO) is seeking an experienced Snr Integrity and RBI Engineer with 12–15 years solid Oil & Gas experience . This role works with Production Department on rotation basis based in Basra Iraq.
The Senior Integrity & RBI Engineer is responsible for leading the Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of production facilities, pipelines, static equipment, and associated infrastructure.
The role develops integrity strategies, conducts risk assessments, defines inspection intervals, and ensures systematic identification and mitigation of integrity threats to minimize failures, environmental incidents, and production losses.
Provides technical leadership in integrity engineering, fitness-for-service (FFS) assessments, degradation management, and lifecycle planning in compliance with Company standards and international best practices.
Ensures full compliance with Company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies to maximize Loss Prevention and regulatory compliance.
Contributes to preparation and monitoring of integrity-related budgets.
Mentors junior integrity and inspection engineers and supports competency development

Health, Security, Safety and Environment Ensures integrity programs prioritize prevention of loss of containment and major accident hazards. Participates in HAZOP, risk assessments, and safety reviews related to asset integrity. Escalates high-risk integrity threats that could impact personnel safety or environment. Promotes strong safety culture within inspection, corrosion, and integrity teams. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements related to pressure systems and pipelines.
