About the Role We are seeking a skilled 3G RF Optimization Engineer with strong experience in swap projects and Huawei equipment to join our radio network team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing 3G/UMTS radio networks during vendor swap rollouts, ensuring KPI targets are met, and delivering high-quality network performance. --- Key Responsibilities · Perform RF optimization for 3G/UMTS networks during and after swap projects · Conduct pre-swap and post-swap KPI benchmarking and analysis · Tune radio parameters (power control, handover, scrambling codes, neighbors) · Help to support DT logs analysis for problematic cases. · Use Huawei tools (U2000, MAE, PRS, OMstar, Genex Probe/Assistant) for monitoring and optimization · Optimize cluster performance and support acceptance testing. · Prepare optimization reports and present findings to stakeholders · Support site migration activities from legacy vendors to Huawei --- Education & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field · 3–5+ years of experience in 3G (UMTS) RF optimization · Proven experience in swap projects (vendor replacement to Huawei) . Familiar with Huawei 3G features · Hands-on experience with Huawei equipment (NodeB, RNC, BBU/RRU, DBS)
