We are seeking an experienced Administration Services Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of our administrative operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficiency, organization, and excellence across our company facilities and services.
Oversee office management, facilities, transportation, procurement, accommodation, and records administration. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, efficient operations. Manage driver schedules, vehicle assignments, and logistics for staff and goods. Coordinate accommodation, travel, and hospitality arrangements for staff, guests, and visitors. Supervise housekeeping, kitchen operations, landscaping, and overall facility upkeep. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement to ensure value and service quality. Lead the administrative team, fostering professional growth, accountability, and collaboration. Develop and control the administrative budget while implementing cost-saving initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards across all operations. Plan and execute internal events, meetings, and employee welfare programs. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.
