We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist . Job Summary: This role is responsible for managing price changes, notifying markets, updating promotional packages and discounts, monitoring market prices, and maintaining the accuracy of all product data including images, barcodes, and specifications within our system. Key Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Price Management & Organization: Price Changes & Communication: Manage pricing updates and promptly deliver revised price lists to markets, supermarkets, and retail chains. Packages & Discounts: Configure sales packages and discount structures, ensuring timely and accurate system updates. Market Monitoring: Track and monitor market and competitor prices to support optimal pricing strategies and sales conditions. 2. System Data Update & Management: Product Data: Update product names, images, barcodes, weights, carton sizes, and other essential specifications in the system. Data Accuracy: Verify entered data, troubleshoot and resolve errors, and ensure that all product and pricing information remains 100% accurate and up-to-date. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare preliminary reports and maintain seamless coordination with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance, and other relevant departments. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, IT, or a related field is preferred. Strong computer literacy, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior experience with ERP systems or warehouse/sales management software is a strong advantage. Minimum of one (1) year of relevant professional experience. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organizational capabilities, and strong communication skills.
