Hiring | Civil QA/QC Inspector BACO is seeking an experienced Civil QA/QC Inspector to monitor and verify the quality of civil construction activities for an Oil & Gas project in Kirkuk, Iraq. Position: Civil QA/QC Inspector Location: Kirkuk, Iraq Department: QA/QC Employment: Full-time Deadline: 8 September 2026 Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil QA/QC inspection. Experience in Oil & Gas, construction, infrastructure, industrial or building projects. Strong knowledge of civil inspection, testing and quality documentation. Experience with earthworks, excavation, concrete, foundations, rebar, formwork, roads, drainage and structural works. Ability to read drawings, specifications, method statements and ITPs. Knowledge of ACI, ASTM, BS/EN, ISO 9001 and project/client specifications. Experience with NCRs, corrective actions and inspection documentation. Relevant QA/QC or civil inspection certifications are an advantage. Kirkuk residents or candidates with strong local knowledge are highly preferred.
