Hiring | Civil Site Engineer BACO is hiring! We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our Construction team for an Oil & Gas project in Kirkuk, Iraq. Position Details Job Title: Civil Site Engineer Location: Kirkuk, Iraq Industry: Oil & Gas Construction / Civil Works Department: Construction Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Construction Manager / Project Manager Application Deadline: 8 September 2026 Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily civil construction activities, ensuring that works are executed safely and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, schedules, quality requirements, and HSE procedures. Key activities include: Earthworks, excavation, grading, compaction and backfilling Foundations, concrete, reinforcement and formwork Anchor bolts and embedded items Roads, paving, drainage and culverts Buildings, structural and finishing works Coordination with QA/QC, HSE, survey, subcontractors, clients and consultants Monitoring manpower, materials, equipment and project progress Site inspections, quantity measurements and progress reporting Supporting as-built documentation and project closeout Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site engineering Experience in Oil & Gas, industrial, infrastructure, commercial or building projects is preferred Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site supervision Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, method statements and schedules Good knowledge of concrete, rebar, formwork, excavation, backfilling and compaction Familiarity with construction quality and HSE requirements Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction scheduling software is an advantage Candidates from Kirkuk or with strong local knowledge are highly preferred Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish is preferred, with working knowledge of English How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and cover letter outlining their relevant civil construction and site supervision experience. 📩 Please send your application to: ••••@••• Email Subject: Civil Site Engineer – Kirkuk Join BACO and be part of our growing team in the Oil & Gas construction sector. #BACO #Hiring #JobOpening #CivilEngineer #CivilSiteEngineer #Kirkuk #IraqJobs #OilAndGas #Construction #EngineeringJobs #Iraq #CareerOpportunity
