QA/QC Manager

Hiring | QA/QC Manager BACO is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities for our Oil & Gas projects in Kirkuk, Iraq. Position: QA/QC Manager Location: Kirkuk, Iraq Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Employment: Full-time Deadline: 8 September 2026 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. 10–12 years of relevant QA/QC experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory/management role. Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, mechanical, civil, fabrication, maintenance or shutdown projects. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and inspection procedures. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ASME, API, ASTM, AWS and ACI. Experience with NCRs, CARs, audits, corrective actions, inspection and testing. Knowledge of welding, piping, steel structures, equipment installation and civil works quality control. Relevant QA/QC certifications are preferred. Kirkuk residents or candidates with strong local knowledge are highly preferred.
