Hiring | Operations Manager BACO is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and coordinate our oil & gas construction operations in Kirkuk, Iraq. Position: Operations Manager Location: Kirkuk, Iraq Department: Operations Employment: Full-time Deadline: 8 September 2026 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field. 10–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/management role. Proven experience managing construction operations, project teams, subcontractors and multiple work fronts. Strong experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, maintenance or shutdown projects. Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost control, quality and HSE. Experience managing multidisciplinary works and client/stakeholder relationships. Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills. Kirkuk residents or candidates with strong local knowledge are highly preferred.
