: ( ) 📍 Location: Erbil, Kurdistan of Iraq We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multi-venue and multi-brand hospitality/ operations, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, compliance, and financial performance.
🔹 : - BOH operations across multiple venues and brands. - Oversee staffing, SOPs, budgets, KPIs, and operational targets. - Ensure food safety, ISO compliance, and service standards. - Monitor financial performance, cost control, and profitability. - Lead operational teams, including Head Chefs and venue managers. - Ensure brand and franchise standards are consistently maintained. - Drive continuous improvement and resolve operational issues. - Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain teams. - Develop and strengthen the operational leadership team.
