: 📍 Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region 💼 Employment: Full-Time | On-site We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to analyst and redesign business processes, improve customer journeys, and translate business needs into clear, build-ready requirements.
🔹 #Responsibilities : - Analyses and map current and future-state business processes and customer journeys. - Conduct discovery workshops and identify process gaps and improvement opportunities. - Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. - Work with IT teams and technology vendors to ensure requirements are delivered correctly. - Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect resolution. - Define service standards and KPIs with relevant teams. - Support SOP development, training, and service implementation.
