HIRING | PROJECTS ADVISOR 📍 Locations: Mosul, Iraq Join one of Iraq’s leading furniture & interior design companies and become part of a dynamic team working on exciting projects across Iraq. 🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and pursue new project opportunities. Meet with developers, consultants, and project owners to present our furniture, Work closely with the Projects Manager and Design Team to prepare project documents and proposals. Represent the company professionally during client meetings and site visits. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Follow up on project opportunities and support business growth. Travel within Iraq when required.
✅ REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in architectural sales, project development, business development, or client relations is a plus. Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic, with good English communication skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, etc. is preferred but not required. Willingness to travel within Iraq.
