Machinery & Truck Sales Specialist

📢 WE ARE HIRING! We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our Heavy Machinery and Trucks division. Position: Machinery & Truck Sales Specialist Job Type: Full-Time Location: Iraq - Baghdad Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the heavy machinery and truck sectors. • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery and equipment solutions. • Follow up on customer inquiries and ongoing business opportunities. • Conduct client visits and product demonstrations. • Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and tender documentation. • Ability to negotiate deals and close sales agreements. • Coordinate with the Service and Spare Parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and DMS systems. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product specifications, features, and competitive advantages. • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field. • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the heavy machinery, truck, or construction equipment industry. (Previous experience with a reputable heavy equipment company is preferred). • Tender Management: Experience in preparing and managing government and private-sector tenders. • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. • Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) with experience using CRM and DMS systems. • Languages: Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is required.
