Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. 10–12 years of relevant experience in construction, mechanical, civil, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects. Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or management position. Proven experience managing construction operations, project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Experience in oil & gas construction, maintenance, shutdowns, EPC projects, or field development is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction practices, project planning, cost control, quality, and HSE. Knowledge of Iraqi regulations and local working conditions is an advantage. Candidates from Kirkuk or with strong knowledge of Kirkuk and surrounding areas are preferred. Advanced working knowledge of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
