Vacancy | Mobile Phone Repair Technician 🏢 Company: Jibal 📍 Location: Duhok, Iraq 💼 Position: Mobile Phone Repair Technician 🔧 About the Role Jibal is looking for a skilled Mobile Phone Repair Technician to handle the full repair cycle for multi-brand mobile devices, from receiving and diagnosing devices through repair, quality testing, and final handover to customers.
▪️ Receive customer devices, verify their condition, accessories, and IMEI, and record reported faults in the system.
▪️ Diagnose hardware and software issues and repair Samsung and multi-brand mobile devices according to technical standards.
▪️ Repair or replace defective components and conduct testing and quality checks before delivery.
▪️ Follow Samsung and company repair procedures, quality standards, and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
▪️ Explain the diagnosis, repair scope, and charges to customers and ensure proper device handover.
▪️ Protect customer data and maintain the condition of devices at all times.
▪️ Manage assigned spare parts, including requesting, receiving, verifying, storing, and properly consuming parts.
▪️ Return defective parts according to Samsung procedures and maintain accurate spare-parts inventory.
▪️ Keep accurate records of diagnoses, repairs, and replaced parts in the system.
▪️ Properly use repair tools and testing equipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
▪️ Coordinate with the Service Center team regarding technical issues, spare parts, and pending repairs.
▪️ Stay updated on new mobile products and repair procedures. 🎓 Requirements & Skills
▪️ 2–3 years of experience in mobile phone repair; authorized service center experience is preferred.
▪️ Minimum Technical Diploma in Electronics, Mobile Repair, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
▪️ Strong attention to detail and integrity when handling customer devices and spare parts.
