: ( ) 📍 Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region 💼 Employment: Full-Time | On-site We are seeking an experienced to lead the oversight, governance, reporting, and delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across the organization.
🔹 #Responsibilities : - Oversee initiative delivery across scope, time, budget, and quality. - Lead portfolio-level risk, issue, and change management. - Provide regular progress reports and dashboards to senior leadership and the Executive Committee. - Ensure compliance with PMO standards, governance, and processes. - Review project plans, scopes, and key initiative documentation. - Manage initiative interdependencies and coordinate internal and external stakeholders. - Lead and develop the Program Management and Reporting teams. - Support vendor management, delivery tracking, and completion sign-off.
