Hiring | General Manager – Digital Solutions We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our company, a growing business specializing in providing ready-made digital applications and technology solutions for restaurants and the food & beverage industry. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall business, driving operational excellence, improving profitability, and ensuring effective coordination between all departments. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the company’s overall operations and business performance. Develop and execute strategic and operational plans to support business growth. Set and monitor company-wide KPIs and performance indicators. Oversee department heads and ensure alignment with the company’s objectives. Work closely with the Sales Manager, who will be responsible for sales performance, targets, and the sales team. Coordinate with technical and product teams to ensure the quality and continuous improvement of our applications and digital solutions. Identify opportunities to improve products, services, processes, and customer experience. Monitor company expenses, resources, and profitability. Develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies. Analyze business performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management. Lead, motivate, and develop the management team and employees. Make effective strategic and operational decisions to ensure sustainable business growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of management experience, preferably within technology, digital solutions, software, or related industries. Proven experience managing teams and overseeing multiple business functions. Strong understanding of digital products, applications, and technology-driven businesses. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical and business planning skills. Good command of English. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in FoodTech, SaaS, restaurant technology, POS systems, digital applications, or technology solutions for restaurants will be highly preferred.
