The #role will involve: - Setting the marketing direction and building #campaigns around the priorities - Leading the marketing team and keeping #content , #design , and delivery aligned - Strengthening the #social #media presence, reach, engagement, and #audience growth - Overseeing the quality and consistency of all public-facing content and #visuals - Working closely with Programs, #Partnerships , Membership, Operations, and external creative partners - Using campaign results and audience insights to improve future marketing activity - Bringing forward new ideas and taking ownership from planning through execution - Solid marketing or communications experience, strong judgment, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to lead independently. - Professional Kurdish and English are required; Arabic is an advantage.
