Training Center Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time
Ibtikar Training Center is looking for a proactive and organized Training Center Coordinator to support the coordination of training programs, student engagement, and business growth.
The Coordinator will work closely with management to translate plans and priorities into day-to-day execution, take ownership of follow-ups, and help ensure that initiatives move from planning to completion.
Coordinate training courses, schedules, trainers, and participants.
Handle inquiries and follow up with prospective students and registrations.
Support course promotion, marketing activities, and student outreach.
Maintain relationships with trainers, universities, companies, and partners.
Assist in identifying new training and business opportunities.
Coordinate course logistics, attendance, documentation, and certificates.
Support corporate and institutional training opportunities.
Follow up on management priorities and ensure assigned initiatives are executed.
Maintain organized records and provide basic operational reports.
Ensure smooth communication between students, trainers, partners, and management.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to execute with minimal supervision.
Comfortable communicating with students, trainers, and business representatives.
Good computer and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills.
Good Arabic and English communication skills.
Experience in training, education, sales, business development, customer service, or event coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
