Customer Service & Wholesale Sales Coordinator (Female) Role Overview We are looking for a female Customer Service & Wholesale Sales Coordinator to join Pinkesh Beauty. The main responsibility of this role is to communicate with our customers through WhatsApp and other communication channels, answer daily inquiries, assist wholesale customers with product and pricing questions, and make sure customers receive quick and accurate responses. Main Responsibilities Answer daily customer messages and inquiries through WhatsApp and other communication channels. Handle wholesale customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, colors, quantities, and orders. Communicate with store owners and wholesale customers in a professional and friendly way. Help customers choose suitable products based on their needs. Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, delivery, and product availability. Provide accurate information about Pinkesh Beauty products, brands, promotions, and wholesale policies. Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams when necessary to solve customer questions or problems. Follow up with potential wholesale customers and help convert inquiries into orders. Keep customer conversations organized and make sure important inquiries are followed up on. Respond quickly during working hours and maintain a high level of customer service. Requirements Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Must be based in Sulaymaniyah and available to work on-site at our office on a daily basis. This is not a remote or work-from-home position. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar position is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with customers through WhatsApp and other messaging platforms. Good understanding of WhatsApp and social media platforms. Ability to learn and understand cosmetic products and brands quickly. Must be responsive, organized, responsible, and able to provide excellent customer service during working hours.
