Housekeeping Supervisor

Erbil International Hotel is Hiring: Housekeeping Supervisor We are seeking an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping Department at our five-star property in Erbil. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assign tasks to Housekeeping Attendants. Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel's cleanliness and quality standards. Conduct guest room inspections in accordance with Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-up. Monitor room status (VIP, DND, etc.) and coordinate updates with the Front Office Department. Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost and found items according to hotel procedures. Monitor housekeeping supplies and maintain adequate stock levels. Evaluate staff performance and provide guidance and feedback when necessary. Train and mentor Housekeeping Attendants on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards. Qualifications: Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory position within a luxury or five-star hotel. Skills: Strong leadership and team supervision abilities. Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and hotel procedures. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to handle guest requests and complaints professionally. Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational responsibilities effectively.
