Job Opportunity | Operations Manager Darjah HR Services is hiring on behalf of a company specialized in Restaurant Management & Operations. Location: Al-Mansour, Dirag District, Baghdad
Salary: IQD 2,000,000 – 2,500,000/month
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 9 hours per day Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage teams.
* Monitor sales, productivity, costs, inventory, and food quality.
* Develop operational procedures and improve business performance.
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
* Prepare operational reports and coordinate with senior management.
* Support business growth and operational expansion. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations and management.
* Experience in Fast Food or Fine Dining is required.
* Experience in company operations, team leadership, and administrative systems.
* Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
