We are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Sales Associate to join our showroom team. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service. Learn about diamonds and fine jewelry through training provided by ZEBA Diamond. Explain jewelry products, assist customers, and complete sales professionally. Create attractive product photos, videos, and daily Instagram Stories. Maintain clean, organized, and elegant jewelry displays and showcases. Assist with general daily showroom duties. Represent ZEBA Diamond with professionalism and luxury sales etiquette. Requirements • Fluent Kurdish (Sorani) speaker. Arabic communication skills are preferred; willingness to learn is appreciated. English is an advantage but not required. Friendly, confident, responsible, and professional. Comfortable working directly with customers. Able to create Instagram Stories and product videos using a smartphone. Willing to learn about diamonds, jewelry, and professional sales techniques. Previous retail sales experience is an advantage, but not required. Important This position is strictly full-time and in-store at our Erbil showroom.
