Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Sulaymaniyah. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective healthcare clients, presenting SmartMED’s SaaS solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. The representative will conduct product demonstrations, follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks include coordinating marketing activities, participating in events or visits to healthcare facilities, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize promotional strategies. The role also includes delivering basic training to new clients on the use of SmartMED’s platform and gathering market feedback to inform product and marketing improvements. Required Qualifications Previous marketing experience is required. Willing to work mainly in the field and market. Good communication and customer follow-up skills. Ability to communicate with customers and identify potential customers and business opportunities. Ability to prepare reports and regularly update the direct supervisor. Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks responsibly. Good time management and punctuality. Language: Kurdish and Arabic required; English proficiency is an advantage Car ownership/driving license: Preferred.
