Lab Technician

Job description: Job Title: Lab Technician Company: NURA Medical Center Job Location: Erbil - Gullan Street Overall Objective of the Job: The Lab Technician performs accurate and reliable laboratory testing and analysis in accordance with established procedures and quality standards, ensuring the integrity of test results, maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies NURA FUJIFILM Technologies adhering to all health and safety regulations, and supporting scientific research and diagnostic activities through precise data recording, sample management, and effective laboratory operations. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Receive, identify, label, and properly document biological specimens, including blood, urine, and stool samples. • Design and execute laboratory testing according to standard procedures, make observations, and interpret findings • Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods • Organize and store all chemical substances, fluids, and compressed gases according to safety instructions • Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility • Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies • Ensure that all safety guidelines are always followed strictly and maintain a clean and orderly environment. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory International Travel is Required Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position. Laguages: Kurdish and English languages are mandatory, arabic is a plus
