Customer Support / Call Centre Agent

Fifth Floor Dental is a premium family dental clinic in Baghdad. We're hiring a customer support agent to handle patient calls and messages, and turn inquiries into bookings. What you'll do: • Answer calls, WhatsApp and social media messages quickly and warmly • Book, confirm and reschedule appointments • Follow up with leads and patients through our CRM pipeline • Explain our offers, partnerships and family membership • Log every interaction in our clinic system Requirements: • Call centre, sales or customer service experience is a plus • Clear, friendly Iraqi Arabic; basic English • Fast typist, comfortable with computers and apps • Patient, persuasive and organized To apply: send your CV
