Early Career – Design Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking talented and motivated engineering graduates to join our engineering team through our 2026–2027 Campus Recruitment Program. The successful candidates will support the design and optimization of oil and gas surface facilities, including stations, pipelines, and related infrastructure, while contributing to technical solutions and project implementation in a multinational working environment. Key Responsibilities Engineering Design: Assist in the design, preparation of technical documents, and optimization of engineering drawings for oil and gas surface facilities, stations, pipelines, and related infrastructure. Technical Solutions and Support: Provide technical support and engineering solutions for market development, bidding activities, and project implementation. Site Surveys and Design Reviews: Participate in site surveys, technical exchanges, and design reviews to ensure engineering deliverables meet actual site requirements. Technical Documentation: Organize and maintain engineering data, technical standards, typical design solutions, and professional templates to support the continuous improvement of design standards. Project Implementation Support: Assist with technical changes, design optimization, and the resolution of engineering issues during project execution. Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with relevant departments and project teams to ensure effective communication and alignment between engineering design and project requirements. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Master's degree or above in Oil and Gas Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a closely related field. Graduation Year: Must have graduated in 2026 or be expected to graduate in 2027. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with oil and gas surface engineering, engineering design specifications, technical standards, and relevant design tools. Engineering Capabilities: Ability to support engineering design, technical documentation, drawing optimization, and technical problem-solving. Professional Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
