Now Hiring: Project Security Manager (Key Personnel) – Iraq Al Murabit Security (AMS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Security Manager to join our operations in Iraq. This is a critical role, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic and challenging environment, supporting a high-profile international client. Key Requirements: ✔️ Formal Close Protection Qualification – Certified by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) or recognised international awarding body (or equivalent) ✔️ Minimum 5 years’ military or armed police background ✔️ A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management role ✔️ Medical Qualification – Minimum FPOS-I (or equivalent) ✔️ Strong ability to work effectively with both local and international personnel ✔️ Excellent written and spoken English ✔️ Good analytical and communication skills ✔️ Clean criminal record check (renewable every 12 months) ✔️ Medical fitness assessment confirming ability to work in Iraq About the Role: As Project Security Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and oversight of all project security operations, ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of security services in accordance with contractual requirements. Provide strong operational leadership, manage personnel and resources, maintain client relationships, and ensure the highest standards of safety, security and operational performance. This position operates on a six-week on, six-week off rotational basis.
