Assembly & Test Shop Engineer

We’re hiring on behalf of GB Corp. Consultants Valley Egypt is supporting GB Corp in finding its next Assembly & Test Shop Engineer in Monufia. JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES • Good understanding of Vehicle Assembly processes and the different stages of vehicle assembly. • Ability to monitor production processes and ensure compliance with the defined work sequence and specifications. • Ability to handle production problems, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions. • Good knowledge of Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis techniques. • Ability to monitor and improve Cycle Time and achieve production productivity targets. • Good understanding of Production KPIs, including: Production Achievement, Productivity, OEE, Manpower Efficiency, Quality Performance, Line Downtime. • Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies. • Good knowledge of 5S and workplace organization. • Ability to follow and implement Standardized Work / Work Instructions. • Ability to participate in New Model / New Line Launches, including Trials & Ramp-up activities. • Commitment to Safety, Quality, and Production Standards. REQUIRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Mechanical & Industrial Engineering; Automotive REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree, Mechanical Engineering REQUIRED LANGUAGES English (Basic) REQUIRED SKILLS Assembly Engineer; Vehicle Assembly; Automotive Assembly; 5S Workplace Organization; Automotive
