Early Career – Finance Assistant

Position Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Finance & Accounting team through our 2026–2027 Campus Recruitment Program. The successful candidates will support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, invoice management, and payment reconciliation. Key Responsibilities Assist with expense reviews, accounting transactions, and voucher organization to ensure the accuracy and compliance of reimbursement and payment documentation. Manage invoice issuance, registration, verification, and daily recordkeeping; assist with tax declarations and other tax-related matters. Perform bank reconciliations, track fund receipts and payments, and support settlement activities to ensure the accuracy of financial records. Assist in preparing financial statements, budget data, and statistical reports. Support internal and external audits by preparing and organizing relevant financial documents and records. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Graduation Year: Must have graduated in 2026 or be expected to graduate in 2027. Language Skills: Proficiency in English as a working language is required. Candidates proficient in Chinese, English, and Arabic are strongly preferred. Professional Competencies: Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and good analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities. Personal Attributes: High self-motivation, a strong desire to succeed, and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
