Super Biker – Nasiriyah

The Super Biker is responsible for executing end-to-end biker onboarding operations, ensuring fast registration, effective training, and continuous follow-up to maintain a pool of active, compliant, and high-performing bikers. This role works closely with Live Operations teams to support daily delivery performance in Nasiriyah . Key Responsibilities Execute the full biker onboarding process, including registration, verification, and account activation. Deliver hands-on operational training covering app usage, order flow, cash handling, and wallet rules. Ensure bikers are fully prepared and able to go live immediately after onboarding. Monitor biker activity after activation and proactively follow up on inactivity or performance issues. Support Live Operations in resolving wallet issues, order-related problems, and operational blockers. Enforce operational policies and procedures, reporting recurring field issues to management. Maintain accurate records for onboarding, training, and follow-up activities. Requirements Background in delivery operations, fleet management, or field operations. Strong execution, ownership, and follow-up mindset. Ability to work under operational pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic data tracking and reporting skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with bikers in the field. Familiarity with Nasiriyah and its operational landscape is a plus. Why Join Baly?
