The role also includes reporting, escalation of incidents, and coordination between branches, drivers, and Customer Care. *Job Vacancy – Senior Order Management Agent Department: E-commerce Location: Baghdad, Iraq Al-Taawon Company is looking for a Senior Order Management Agent to coordinate daily e-commerce order operations, monitor order fulfillment and delivery performance, support the Order Management team, and ensure smooth coordination between branches, drivers, and Customer Care. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely assignment, preparation, and fulfillment. • Coordinate driver assignments and follow up on delays, rejected orders, and delivery issues. • Communicate with branches to resolve order preparation delays, missing items, and stock discrepancies. • Support and guide Order Management Agents (OMAs) and ensure proper operational coverage across shifts. • Monitor operational KPIs, prepare daily performance reports, and recommend improvements. • Resolve routine operational issues and escalate critical incidents to the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any related field. • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, order management, logistics, or delivery operations. • Previous experience in team coordination or a senior operational role is an advantage. • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with operational dashboards or order management systems. • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and make timely decisions.
