Key Responsibilities * Support the Regional Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and business objectives. * Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and business growth. * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and heavy machinery sectors. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, contractors, and business partners. * Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and opportunities. * Support and guide the sales team in achieving individual and regional sales targets. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities. * Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and regular performance updates. * Coordinate with technical and internal teams to provide suitable product solutions. * Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. * Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and business negotiations. * Support marketing activities, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. * Contribute to strategies that strengthen the company’s presence in the Baghdad market.
