The role involves supply chain operations, procurement, logistics, and distribution. 🚀 WE’RE HIRING | SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER 📍 Location: Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region, Iraq 🏢 Company: Pioneer Co. for Pharmaceutical Industries Pioneer Co. for Pharmaceutical Industries is seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across pharmaceutical manufacturing, trading, and distribution. This role requires a highly experienced professional with strong leadership capabilities, extensive pharmaceutical supply chain expertise, and a proven track record in strategic planning, procurement, logistics, and operational excellence. 🔹 Key Responsibilities - Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP/IBP), production scheduling, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and capacity planning to align demand, materials, and delivery priorities. - Oversee sourcing, procurement, supplier negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance, coordinating supplier qualification with Quality and relevant departments. - Optimize inventory levels, safety stock, and working capital while overseeing warehousing, stock reconciliation, batch traceability, and quality-status segregation. - Manage imports, customs clearance, transportation, distribution, and applicable cold-chain requirements, ensuring supply continuity. - Integrate manufacturing and trading supply plans to fulfill customer orders and tenders, including KIMADIA requirements where applicable. - Ensure dispatches meet Quality release and documentation requirements while supporting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), CAPA, and product recalls in coordination with Quality. - Coordinate supply readiness for new product launches and approved product or packaging changes. - Improve ERP/WMS processes and master data, lead departmental strategy and budgeting, monitor KPIs, develop teams, plan succession, and drive continuous improvement. 🔹 Requirements & Qualifications ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Sup
