Job description: Position : Stewad Company : SAS-Lexus Dealer Location :Sulaymaniyah Overall Objective of the Job: The Steward is responsible to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. I aim to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the establishment by diligently performing my duties, including washing dishes, maintaining kitchen equipment, and assisting with basic food preparation tasks. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to following health and safety protocols, I strive to create a hygienic and pleasant environment for both staff and guests, ultimately enhancing the overall dining experience. Tasks and Responsibilities: Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items by hand or using dishwashing equipment. Clean and sanitize dining tables, chairs, and other surfaces in the dining area. Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner. Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, washing produce, and portioning ingredients. Stock and replenish supplies, including dishes, utensils, and cleaning products. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Adhere to health and sanitation regulations and company policies at all times. Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen supervisors or management. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items by hand or using dishwashing equipment. Job Requirements: Minimum highschool diploma Minimum 1 year of experience as a Steward in a restaurant/cafe Customer service orientation Languages: Kurdish (Fluent), Arabic (Very good), English is a plus
