• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Translation, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle employee relations and workplace matters professionally.
• Good knowledge of HR documentation, personnel records, attendance, and leave management.
• Ability to prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. HR Assistant Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Translation, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Human Resources.
