WE ARE HIRING Area Sales Supervisor – Baghdad Cosmetics & Skincare Division Alfaris Scientific Bureau is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Area Sales Supervisor to establish, lead, and develop our field sales operations in Baghdad. We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in the cosmetics, skincare, or dermo-cosmetics industry, capable of building a high-performing sales team from the ground up and driving sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities Team Building & Recruitment: Establish a field sales team from scratch, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and recommend qualified sales representatives for final management approval. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans covering Baghdad's Karkh and Rusafa districts. Market Expansion: Expand market penetration and establish strong business relationships with pharmacies, cosmetics retailers, and beauty centers. Leadership & Development: Train, coach, motivate, and supervise sales representatives to maximize productivity and performance. Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and achieve monthly sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Performance Management: Analyze sales results, monitor field activities, and provide regular performance reports to senior management. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or dermo-cosmetics industry. Demonstrated experience in recruiting, building, and managing successful field sales teams. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, and delivering measurable business results. Established professional network within Baghdad's pharmacy and cosmetics retail sectors. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
