Applicants need a diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of relevant experience. 📢 We Are Hiring – Assistant Community Liaison Officer (Assistant CLO) 📍 Location: Basra, Iraq 🏢 Company: CEEC International Engineering Co., Ltd. 🔋 Project: 1GW Solar PV Project (Owner: TotalEnergies, France) 🇮🇶 Nationality: Iraqi Nationals Only (Basra Residents Preferred) Key Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Relations, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience • Proficiency in both English and Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing) • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Experience in community relations, social performance, or grievance management is preferred • Familiarity with HSE regulations and EPC/construction project environments is an advantage • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and reporting skills • Ability to handle sensitive issues professionally and confidentially Key Responsibilities: • Implement and maintain the Workers' Grievance Mechanism (WGM), including grievance registration, tracking, and follow-up • Conduct social induction and awareness sessions for new employees and workers • Perform regular inspections of workers' facilities, welfare areas, and accommodation camps • Identify welfare-related issues and follow up on corrective actions • Prepare daily updates and weekly reports on grievances and site inspections • Assist in organizing community engagement activities, workshops, and local events • Coordinate with relevant departments to address workers' concerns and support grievance resolution • Support the Social Performance Manager and CLO in daily social performance activities 📌 Iraqi Nationals Only | Basra Residents Preferred | Immediate Availability Preferred 📧 Apply Now: [email protected] Applicants must submit an English CV, indicating "Assistant CLO" in the email subject.
