Requires 5–7 years of aseptic liquid filling experience. 📢 Job Announcement Position: Filling Machine Operator Department: Production Location: Pioneer Pharma – Sulaymaniyah, Iraq We are seeking an experienced Filling Machine Operator to operate and monitor the Combo Filling Line for Prefilled Syringes (PFS), RTU Vials, and Cartridges under aseptic processing conditions, ensuring compliance with GMP and product quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Operate, clean, and monitor filling and closing machines. • Perform machine changeovers, format-part replacement, and calibration. • Execute CIP/SIP procedures for filling equipment and sterile product transfer lines. • Monitor filling accuracy, dosing calibration, stopper placement, and capping operations. • Operate RABS/isolator systems and follow aseptic processing procedures. • Perform line clearance and follow cleanroom gowning and contamination-control requirements. • Complete batch records and equipment logbooks accurately in compliance with GMP and ALCOA+ principles. • Report equipment malfunctions, deviations, and potential contamination risks. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Science, or a related field, or a relevant technical diploma. • 5–7 years of experience in aseptic liquid filling, preferably with PFS, RTU Vials, or Cartridges. • Practical experience with RABS/isolators, PLC/SCADA systems, and CIP/SIP procedures. • Good knowledge of EU GMP Annex 1 and aseptic processing requirements. • Good command of English; Kurdish is an advantage. • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
