WE ARE HIRING Field Sales Specialist | JAWY B2B Company: JAWYLINE Location: Baghdad – Al Yarmouk, Iraq Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site & Field-Based Monthly Salary: IQD 750,000 + Performance-Based Incentives About the Position JAWYLINE is seeking a motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to expanding JAWY B2B, our digital travel booking platform, by building strategic relationships with travel agencies, acquiring new partners, and driving platform adoption across the market. Key Responsibilities • Conduct field visits to travel agencies and tourism companies to introduce JAWY B2B. • Present and demonstrate the platform’s features, services, and competitive advantages. • Identify, approach, and acquire new travel agency partners. • Assist new partners with registration, account activation, and onboarding. • Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships. • Follow up with registered agencies to encourage active bookings and continued platform usage. • Achieve monthly sales, partner acquisition, and activation targets. • Prepare regular reports on field activities, sales performance, and market opportunities. Requirements • Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development. • Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong ability to build relationships and close business opportunities. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Good understanding of digital platforms and online systems. • Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
